We pickup the items you currently have in storage, photograph and catalogue and add them to your online account. Using your online account, you can schedule items to be delivered to a specified address or have a pick up scheduled for existing or new items.

How do pickups and deliveries work?

You can get started by setting up a time to speak with a ShuffleSpace team member! You can do that here. We will assess your requirements and provide you with an estimate on your storage fee and initial pick up. We will email this information to you with an agreement to sign. After signing, you can let us know when you'd like the initial pick up to be scheduled. We will also get you started with an account on our online platform so you can manage your items. 

How do I sign-up?

You only pay for what you use, there is no contract term.

Do I need to sign a contract?

You can book pick ups or deliveries with us 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Please give 48 hours notice to guarantee your selected time.

What if I need my items at odd hours or on the weekends?

How far in advance do I need to book pickups or deliveries?

We ask for 48hrs notice for all pick up and delivery requests. If you book a pick up or delivery within less than 48hrs notice, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes. You can access your items during scheduled business hours (9AM - 6PM). Please keep in mind that you will have to schedule a warehouse visit through your online account.

Can I come to the facility to access my items?

Yes any item you have storage or transported with us is covered by our business insurance.
